Beautiful home when we first arrived we were having issues getting into the home and the issue was fixed right away and responded immediately I would definitely book with them again

I stayed here with my children, very nice place very quiet area nice location, we enjoyed our stay here very much and recommend staying here if your looking for a quiet area and a plus for being near highway also very clean home .

Very clean and comfortable home. Bruce sent instructions the day before and the day of and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Close to the golf course and had a walkable park nearby. Would definitely stay at Bryce’s again.

Clean, comfy beds, lots of space and all appliances work well. Floors were a little dusty. A couple more bath towels would have been nice.

Very nice place

Our large family (7 adults and 2 kids) stayed at Bryce's place this last week and we had a very nice time! The entire home felt clean upon arrival and felt bigger than the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was stocked with all of the basic necessities, which allowed us to easily make breakfast before heading out each day. We also enjoyed playing card games on the large kitchen table. The air mattress wasn't in the house upon our arrival, but Bryce responded to us right away and had his property manager bring one over to us within a few hours. We appreciated how quickly Bryce responded to our questions and concerns.

Location, amenities, host… I go out of my way to stay here when I’m in Las Cruces.

The home was beautiful, very clean and homey. We would recommend this home .

Overall the place was nice, but there was no air mattress. We asked the host to bring one by and they never did. The master bathroom toilet didn’t run well but other than that, no complaints.

We Could only stay one night here but found ourselves wishing for more time. We plan on making the trip again with my parents and plan on rebooking Bryce's place. The pictures don't do his place justice.

We had a great stay with Bryce at " New Southwest Home". With six of us and three generations his rental met all our needs. It had a large great room that included a wonderful fully stocked kitchen, a large dining area, and comfortable living room where we could gather. The rental also offered privacy in the bedroom areas. Our grandsons loved the books that were available. And we all enjoyed our visit to the community pool. Bryce was always responsive to any of our questions. We look forward to staying with him again on future trips to Las Cruces.

Great stay - excellent place. We enjoyed the open space of the townhouse and the pool very much.

Bryce worked with us to accommodate our large family as we gathered for a wedding. The townhouse was beautiful, clean and fit our needs perfectly. Bryce and the other cohosts were responsive and helpful. We will definitely book with them again!

I have stayed at a home that Bryce hosted before and it was a great home. Clean and tidy. This home was not the same standard. The kitchen was dirty. The cookware had food stains on them, utensils were dirty, the fridge had stains, the trash bins had food residue in them. I the floor mats in the bathroom were dirty. I was in town for work and got in late after having an accident on the highway so didn’t have the bandwidth to complain so I just dealt with it. Bryce and his team are nice people and don’t think they condone this but they may need to address this with their property manager because it is truly unacceptable!!

We enjoyed our stay. It accommodated our large family with plenty of space. All of the necessities were provided and there were convenient places to go for lunch and dinner! Instructions provided were very clear and concise. Hosts were very responsive and friendly!

Great last minute find for my spouse and dogs after previous booking cancelled a week before booking. Bryce and team were very responsive and accommodating. Truly appreciate their quick responses.

The townhome looks as described and the rooms were tidy. I was allowed a couple hours early entry and I appreciated that. My only issue was in one of the bedrooms there were dried white stains on a dark cover, and the pillows had the pungent smell of cologne on them. I washed the cover and the stains were gone but that is not be my job. Dried white stains are never, ever, cool.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and spacious; and the hosts are super responsive.

This is a wonderful place for families. There are two regular beds and the bunk beds room. TVs are great and the entire place is great! Host is very responsive. I would definitely recommend.

The place was very beautiful and the location was nice. There was a few things I messaged the host and never got a response for. I think check out instructions were a little much since we do pay a cleaning fee. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it!

Great property, great host.

This was a fantastic stay as we just needed to rest our heads for an evening as we were passing through from Tucson back home to Texas! We had our dogs with us so it was wonderful that Bryce was willing to let them be in his home as well! And there is a great park to walk your fur babies to!! All neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming!

We had a great stay at Bruce's place. His home is comfortable and clean and we were able to make ourselves at home. We used the pool every evening and everyone we met in the community was so nice and welcoming. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and while there may not have been all the accessories I'm used to at home, we were able to create delicious meals. The Walmart up the street was convenient for groceries and there are many restaurants around should you choose not to cook. The best part was that we wouldn't have felt as comfortable in a hotel, it was nice to relax and enjoy conversation with friends in the living room and be able to offer refreshments. We are glad we chose to stay at Bruce's place.

Came to stay for a week ended up staying longer we loved it so much. Bryce and the team were very helpful throughout the whole process. Great price, beautiful homes, friendly neighborhood. Thanks Bryce and the team for making our stay so memorable!

This little gem is in a beautiful neighborhood with a private pool and a family park. The condo is super clean and so comfortable. We came for a golf weekend and Sonoma Ranch did not disappoint. The rates are reasonable and they even loan golf clubs for free. The sunsets and sunrises are to die for and the quiet neighborhood make you feel safe and at home. Bryce was an amazing host and we plan on coming back! This is a stay you wont regret!

This place was a great stay, lots of room and very clean. The hosts were very responsive to any questions that might come up, and overall had great communication through the AirBnB messaging. Would definitely recommend to future guests, and will likely be staying at one of their properties again.

Wonderful place to stay in Las Cruces. Quiet neighborhood with view views of the Organ Mountains. Great kitchen if you want to stay in. Park with nice playground at the end of the street. Located on East side of town and convenient drive to White Sands and even had some sleds in the closet! Very nice, clean side of town with plenty of grocery and restaurant options. We’d definitely visit again. Bryce was very easy to communicate with and getting in was quick and easy.

Can’t say enough great things. Great location for heading to White Sands then to other Nat’l Parks. So spacious with large kitchen and living room. Comfortable beds and close to local grocery and restaurants. Responsive host & willing to offer restaurant and hike suggestions.

Bryce’s house was nice and in a good location.

The primary shower with the smooth rock bottom was my favorite aspect among the various pretty finishes in this home. The kitchen was totally updated and enjoyable to cook in. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, linens and lots of pillows - some with welcoming words embroidered on them such as "all are welcome here". I have chemical allergies to scents and I did not have any reactions in the home which was wonderful. The flagstone type of tile throughout the main living spaces helped keep the floors clean. I felt so safe in this neighborhood and I never heard my neighbors. Bryce was easy to communicate with - I was a bit confused on how to get into the house after driving all day - he was very fast in replies. Bryce accommodated me when I needed to extend my stay due to dangerous snowy roads in drive to my home state - I was so grateful for the accommodations. I will ask to return here!

I stayed at two of his properties for over two months for work. They were clean, conveniently located and the owners were very responsive.

Great place and value. Clean and spacious for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get into main area of Las Cruces.

Great, beautiful home. Well worth it. Nice and quiet neighborhood with great views. We were only there for one night, but would not hesitate to stay there again when we’re in the area visiting family.

The place was in a great spot with an amazing view of the mountains. We had a bigger group stay and there was plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable. Everything worked properly and we didn’t have any issues. The owners were very responsive and had great communication. I would definitely book with them again if I was in the area.

The rental was clean, the kitchen appliances worked well and were adequately supplied. It is located near a nice park only a couple blocks away. The neighborhood was friendly. Perhaps an operating manual would help, but we are still stymied by the operation of the light switches that required multiple presses to respond.

This is a great property with all of the amenities to create a home away from home while visiting Las Cruces.

Such a beautiful condo! The location is great. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable, and our kiddos loved the option of the pool. I’d highly recommend Bryce’s condo!

This was a lovely stay with a handful of checkout rules that if not completed correctly will incur additional fees. My mattress was uneven and should be replaced. Owners had clear communication and a helpful binder. Unit was very clean and tidy!

Comfortable townhome in a quiet Sonoma Ranch neighborhood! We had everything we needed at Bryce's rental. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect which allowed access to everything the LC and the Alamo have to offer. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Bryce!

Great stay!

We had a bad experience in relation to the shared use of the pool, and the treatment by the president's of the neighborhood committee was bad by not allowing us the use and access to it.
