We had a great stay at Bryce’s place, the recommendations for restaurants were great. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything that you could possibly need!

Our stay was picture-perfect! Bryce was incredibly hospitable, friendly, responsive, & made sure our stay was flawless. The home was well maintained, very clean & attractively decorated! The location was conveniently close to retail stores & restaurants. As a large family traveling with infants & young children, we felt comfortable & cared for from start to finish. We would happily stay here again & highly recommend Bryce’s Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience, he will make your stay extra special!

We had a wonderful stay at Bryce’s Airbnb after a 10-hour drive on our way to Sedona. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and unwind for the night. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and in an excellent location. The neighborhood was incredibly peaceful, and we enjoyed getting up in the morning and taking a walk before continuing our journey. Bryce was a fantastic host and provided excellent dinner recommendations—the food was absolutely delicious! We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend

Charming spot in Sonoma Ranch neighborhood within view of the Organ Mountains with pretty furnishings. The host was very responsive; we had a few items missing upon arrival and they got it all straightened out immediately which was very helpful. My only issue that may not be as big of a deal for others was the quality of the mattresses. They were fine but I’m used to more stable beds and a bit more comfortable mattresses in lodgings. Overall, I would say this place is great for the value and peace you’ll find there!

The place was perfect for a short getaway. Use it for a transition house. A little confusion on the community pool, but the amenity was great. Would highly recommend staying there.

Absolutely beautiful home! Perfect for 4 of us to stay comfortably. Any amenities you would need are included. We had trouble getting the door unlocked but the host responded immediately and got it figured out for us. Very clean and beautifully decorated!

The space was perfect. Large kitchen with open floor plan. The surrounding area was very walkable which was I needed with my dogs.

Overall this air bnb is a good place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Las Cruces. The house is clean and cozy, but be sure to read the descriptions carefully! The pool is only seasonal and you may not get access, that’s not clear unless you read the description very closely! We had some issues with the WiFi not connecting properly and there also aren’t any kids toys (*note we did not specifically ask for them, but the description made it seem like there were toys available*).

This place was perfect for my family of 6. The room with the full over full (or maybe it was queen over queen) bunk bed with pull out trundle was able to accommodate all of our kids. The size of the townhome was just big enough to feel like we weren’t piled on top of eachother, but not so big we felt overwhelmed to keep things tidy during our stay. Area is nice and quiet. There is a small park within walking distance and a Walgreens, Walmart, and newer built stores are all within 5 minutes. We visited the university and Mesilla during our stay and that did not feel too far at all. We also visited White Sands NP and got to use the two saucer sleds that were in the garage. I didn’t cook while here, but the kitchen was outfitted with everything you would need. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags during our stay. All in all we would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very well maintained. If you have dogs, there's a couple walking paths nearby. We felt comfortable during our stay.

Beautiful townhome . The bed in the master bedroom was just not comfortable at all and the tv in the master bedroom doesn’t work as far as connecting to the internet to watch anything in the room .

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay! The place had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of four. The pool was a nice bonus and we really liked having a garage to park in! The neighborhood was quiet and we didn't notice much traffic on the street. There is a nice park just two blocks away that the kiddos loved riding their bikes to. The price was competitive, especially given the size of the space, the garage, and access to a pool.

This condo was extremely nice. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains from the street. The driveway is short and there is a bit of a bump pulling in. My car scraped the first time we pulled in. But they allow use of their garage which is nice.

Overall, the place was clean and nice. Some very minor inconveniences, not worth publicly mentioning. Biggest issues were very limited parking for larger vehicles, the strict HOA rules on the pool, and the pool and park in the photos weren't as centrally located as expected. It was a great place, and I would highly recommend for a group of adults or a smaller family with older kids. The hosts were very helpful, kind, and responsive.

we will be staying with Bryce anytime we visit 😀 it was easy to communicate and extend our stay with them. our condo was beyond beautiful and clean, we everything we needed to cook and a list of resturants. the community pool was clean and beautiful and on busy day not really crowded w chairs loved our whole stay.

House was great, space was as advertised and the pool was very close walk when traveling with kids. Only down side is parking as the driveway/garage is very small and we always felt our van was just able to squeeze in and out due to shallowness of both. Also since it was a town home there was not outdoor space but there is a park just a block up that was a nice walk with the kids in the morning. Would stay here again on short stays.

Great house, very roomy, and in a safe neighborhood. The house was stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bryce was responsive, on top of things, and answered questions promptly. I highly recommend.

This place was exactly what my family and I needed. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand is that for a large suv or truck there is limited parking.

As first time Airbnb renters my wife, kids, and I were skeptical at first, but Bryce was there through the whole process from beginning to the end. Questions I had(which was a lot) were replied back within the hour sometimes minutes. The home was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. My team had a last minute stop at Las Cruces. And we ended up need to do a same day booking. Within 4 hours Bryce and his team made sure the condo was ready for our arrival. And due to the last minute situation we arrived fairly late at night, but he made sure we were good first thing next morning. So kind, quick to respond and very clear in all instructions! If I need to stop by Cruces again, I’m definitely looking at Bryce’s place. Thank you so much, a really beautiful home and a perfect host.
