March 2026 4.00Overall this air bnb is a good place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Las Cruces. The house is clean and cozy, but be sure to read the descriptions carefully! The pool is only seasonal and you may not get access, that’s not clear unless you read the description very closely! We had some issues with the WiFi not connecting properly and there also aren’t any kids toys (*note we did not specifically ask for them, but the description made it seem like there were toys available*).

March 2026 5.00This place was perfect for my family of 6. The room with the full over full (or maybe it was queen over queen) bunk bed with pull out trundle was able to accommodate all of our kids. The size of the townhome was just big enough to feel like we weren’t piled on top of eachother, but not so big we felt overwhelmed to keep things tidy during our stay. Area is nice and quiet. There is a small park within walking distance and a Walgreens, Walmart, and newer built stores are all within 5 minutes. We visited the university and Mesilla during our stay and that did not feel too far at all. We also visited White Sands NP and got to use the two saucer sleds that were in the garage. I didn’t cook while here, but the kitchen was outfitted with everything you would need. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags during our stay. All in all we would stay here again and recommend to others.
