Very well maintained. If you have dogs, there's a couple walking paths nearby. We felt comfortable during our stay.

Beautiful townhome . The bed in the master bedroom was just not comfortable at all and the tv in the master bedroom doesn’t work as far as connecting to the internet to watch anything in the room .

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay! The place had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of four. The pool was a nice bonus and we really liked having a garage to park in! The neighborhood was quiet and we didn't notice much traffic on the street. There is a nice park just two blocks away that the kiddos loved riding their bikes to. The price was competitive, especially given the size of the space, the garage, and access to a pool.

The host was great responsive and helpful.

This condo was extremely nice. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains from the street. The driveway is short and there is a bit of a bump pulling in. My car scraped the first time we pulled in. But they allow use of their garage which is nice.

Overall, the place was clean and nice. Some very minor inconveniences, not worth publicly mentioning. Biggest issues were very limited parking for larger vehicles, the strict HOA rules on the pool, and the pool and park in the photos weren't as centrally located as expected. It was a great place, and I would highly recommend for a group of adults or a smaller family with older kids. The hosts were very helpful, kind, and responsive.

we will be staying with Bryce anytime we visit 😀 it was easy to communicate and extend our stay with them. our condo was beyond beautiful and clean, we everything we needed to cook and a list of resturants. the community pool was clean and beautiful and on busy day not really crowded w chairs loved our whole stay.

House was great, space was as advertised and the pool was very close walk when traveling with kids. Only down side is parking as the driveway/garage is very small and we always felt our van was just able to squeeze in and out due to shallowness of both. Also since it was a town home there was not outdoor space but there is a park just a block up that was a nice walk with the kids in the morning. Would stay here again on short stays.

Great house, very roomy, and in a safe neighborhood. The house was stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bryce was responsive, on top of things, and answered questions promptly. I highly recommend.

This place was exactly what my family and I needed. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand is that for a large suv or truck there is limited parking.

the place was as advertised and we love the sonoma ranch area for staying in las Cruces. this is right i the middle of that area and is quite peaceful

As first time Airbnb renters my wife, kids, and I were skeptical at first, but Bryce was there through the whole process from beginning to the end. Questions I had(which was a lot) were replied back within the hour sometimes minutes. The home was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. My team had a last minute stop at Las Cruces. And we ended up need to do a same day booking. Within 4 hours Bryce and his team made sure the condo was ready for our arrival. And due to the last minute situation we arrived fairly late at night, but he made sure we were good first thing next morning. So kind, quick to respond and very clear in all instructions! If I need to stop by Cruces again, I’m definitely looking at Bryce’s place. Thank you so much, a really beautiful home and a perfect host.
