4014 - New Home in Quiet Neighborhood - Relax and Enjoy

This place was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and all was so comfortable. The house was beyond our expectations and really met the description. We will definitely use them again if needed.

The home was advertised as new, but it didn’t live up to that description. It was dusty, dirty, and we discovered blood-stained sheets and pillows with urine on them. The garage had a hole in it and all the walls on the interior were scuffed, while the furniture was damaged. The owner did respond quickly and sent the manager to clean, but the cleaning didn’t fully address the problems. When we asked for a reimbursement, the tone shifted and both the owner and manager were unhelpful and trying to make it seem like they were the victim of having to pay for the cleaning and wanting to split the cost when that should have been resolved before our stay. I cannot recommend this property based on our experience. I have always had great experiences at past Airbnb until this one. Fair warning read the 1 star reviews of this home before booking for the true results of staying here.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Bryce's properties very well worth the the price. T had a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms always beautiful and spacious both times he has been very responsive and helpful. I look forward to staying the next time we come.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hosts were friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the check-in/out process was seamless. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The property needs painting inside. The flat screen in the fam rm stopped working. The oven was unclean, and the fridge needs a filter. Lots of weeds in the back yard. Other than those few items it served a purpose for me. Thank you VRBO.

The listing said that the community had a pool which it did not. There was also a blood stain on a bedspread, and we were charged an extra 140 which the owner would not explain.

Bryce was very courteous and checked in to see how everything was going.

Quiet place

My family enjoyed our stay at Bryce's home. We look forward to staying with Bryce in our future visits to the Las Cruces, NM area.

A beautiful home in a picturesque Las Cruces neighborhood. This area has everything within a few miles. There are museums, markets, festivals, golf courses, wineries, hiking trails, in addition to several grocery stores. Mesilla Mall is also very close and wonderful restaurants! The best part, the people here are so nice! We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family. The beds were clean and comfortable. The area had a great view of the mountains and nice walking trails. The neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable.

The home was so comfortable for our family , including our toddler. The house was well stocked, and communication was easy. Bonus it was a 3 minute walk from a cute playground. We had a wonderful visit to Las Cruces, and Bryce’s home made that possible!

The location was convenient and appeared to be in a safe neighborhood. Stores are close enough to the residence and easy to get to. Need a placard for additional parking which was not provided. Missing hairdryer was noted. TP was lacking for 4 people for 3 days. Lack of mixing bowls, baking pans and other kitchen necessities. Coffee pot was too small.

Perfect layout for 2 families with kids to share. Easy walk to park and easy access to town.

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing house! The pictures were very accurate, the house was clean, there were plenty of dishes, and communication was great! We definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay and are worried about safety. This neighborhood felt very safe, that was one less thing to worry about. Thank you hosts!

We aim to stay at Bryce's properties anytime we go to Las Cruces. They are always perfectly furnished and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

In Las Cruces to move our son into an apartment to start school. Was a great stay, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a fantastic time throughout our stay. The location was in a beautiful part of town and was very quiet and relaxing. At the same time, it’s close to everything we needed and wanted to do! We’ll definitely be back!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and making sure all my questions were answered promptly. The property itself exceeded all expectations. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, making it feel like a home away from home.

We travelled here from England for our son’s graduation. The house was fabulous and couldn’t have wished for a better place to be for our time here. So comfortable, clean and great location. Excellent communication with host. We would stay here again. Only slight complaint was property advertised as having access to shared pool in complex but informed that this no longer a facility we could use as a guest of house which was disappointing- however on contacting host managed to get access to pool for an occasional swim . On the whole we had an amazing time and loved Las Cruces and New Mexico. Thank you 😄

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and modern and communication with the host was great. The only issue we had was with loud noise from the neighbors that could be heard through the wall in the master bedroom, but otherwise no complaints.

Wonderful! We were stranded in Las Cruces. Our car had an issue and we needed a replacement part. We needed a place to live for a day and this sweet little house was our home. Great hosts, very responsive. We loved the pool, the house and were able to go to White Sands (rental car). Bryce’s house had a sled in the garage that we borrowed for our son to sled down the dunes.

It was a great space for an active family!

This house is extremely nice, clean, and a great size. We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything worked out great and the pool area is a great aspect. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Loved this place! Sonoma Ranch is a beautiful neighborhood with Mountain View’s, desert, rolling hills and that’s rare in a flat desert. Pool was walk to but nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We plan to stay with these properties in this neighborhood every time we return. Hosts communicated within minutes and we arrived late and had no trouble with easy entry. Truly thank you!

Bryce's place was great! This is an excellent location if you're visiting to hike at White Sands and in the Organ Mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and having the garage to park our rental car in was a nice extra. On top of it, the place was sparkling clean. Whoever cleans it does such a thorough job that they even vacuum the back of the couches. Bryce is a wonderful and responsive host — we actually had another Airbnb booked and we had to leave it immediately due to safety concerns. We scrambled to book this one, and Bryce responded right away with instructions on how to check in, even though it was totally last minute. If we're ever back in the area, we'll be staying here. The house was great. We did not get to enjoy it the way we thought we would . Once we booked we got the long long list of additional charges that we could receive for simple things it made us very uncomfortable. We did not want to touch any thing in the home for fear of receiving additional charges on our card we also that our family stay at a hotel they where added into the number of people who would be in the home initially but we did not feel comfortable and as we suspected a few hours after we left i got a message about a missing remote for a t.v we did not even turn on . It was just not a comfortable weekend for us at all . But if you are alone and your not worried about needing to use any of the amenities this is a beautiful home .

Bryce, your place was perfect. The checkin was easy and no need for picking up keys or turning them in after the stay. It was rainy so having an enclosed garage was a plus. We needed space to spread out our luggage in prepping for an international trip. There was plenty of room. It was also squeaky clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. The beds were comfortable and we had no qualms at all about the cleanliness of the the linens. This was my first AirBNB experience and it went really well. It was easy to get into the house and everything was clean and orderly. Communication was great and easy to follow.
