4086 - New Modern Home in Golf Course Community

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t give this stay enough stars. Our previous Airbnb cancelled with little to no explanation five days before. Bryce was so accommodating with our last minute booking. The home was beautiful and the master bathroom and walk in closet is to die for. We come to visit our family in Cruces yearly. This will be our new place to stay. Thank you for everything!!

The condo was beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood. My little family and I traveled from 3 different cities for my mother's funeral and it provided the perfect space for us to be together in this difficult time. The whole team was very accommodating and responsive when my daughter had to bring her dog at the last minute. Thank you so much for the quick responses to our requests, and we will definitely stay with y'all again!

It was a very beautiful home with lots of amenities and a lovely view. The host provides a lot of information about the city and activities to do so you’re able to plan very fun filled days. My family and I had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Las Cruces!

Perfect house!

Loved and enjoyed my stay at this property. Comfy bed stood out the most and cleanliness. Had a minor issue with the sink in the kitchen and the host was very responsive in a timely manner. Would recommend this place to anyone .

Have stayed with Bryce before and would continue to do so, he’s a great responsive host and the properties are clean, functional and in great locations!

Overall, our stay was good. Had some issues with the cleaning when we arrived, namely the bathrooms and bedding, but they sent a cleaner to address the issues. Great space, plentiful sleeping areas, quiet neighborhood.

Everything was amazing. I didn't stay there as my plans changed but my children and their kids loved it.

House was so much more spacious than we thought. Very nice open kitchen area allowed for all of us to hangout while we cooked. Neighborhood was great. I took a morning walk and it was so serene with the Mountain View’s. The beds were soooo comfortable! Everyone mentioned the beds after the first night. Would definitely love to stay again.

This home was very nice and described perfectly. There is a small porch outside with no backyard and the homes are very close together. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

When I tried to call the host, he did not answer. We had no power for four days on the north side of the house. They only refund me $50 for the next stay.

Perfect spot for a weekend visit. House was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Bryce and his co-hosts were great. They were very responsive (usually within minutes) and checked up on how our stay was going. Home was nice and modern and plenty of space for me and our family of 9 who came out from California. Centrally and conveniently located close tk White Sands Missile Range, White Sands National Park, Burrell Medical School, Shopping, restaurants, and Downtown Las Cruces farmers market. We stayed at this property for a week and we love the place. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is an amazing view of the organ mountain. We felt very safe staying here. We had a couple of questions before and during our stay and Bryce and his team were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This location is perfect for Las Cruces. In a nice neighborhood, close to a playground and safe. Two car garage, full amenities and lots of bedroom space. Kitchen appliances are new and the space is inviting. We will stay here again. Thank you.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Townhome! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and making sure all my questions were answered promptly. The property itself exceeded all expectations. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, making it feel like a home away from home.

This was our family's second stay at Bryce's home and it was just as wonderful as our first stay! The home is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Bryce is a responsive host and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy the holiday weekend!

Great neighborhood and the house was beautiful, very comfortable with some amazing modern addtions. Appreciated Bryce answering calls, little bit disappointed in his property manager not getting back to me that we could get into the house. But other than that amazing time and truly enjoyed the house and the neighborhood.

This home was perfect for a longer trip back home. My husband, mother and infant all stayed here and it was a perfect size and layout. There is a park close by that we walked to a couple times and the neighborhood is also great for a run! We would definitely stay here again for the great price and location.

Brice and his co-hosts are exceptional people. I rent from them often, but this stay turned into a huge disaster and not because of the property, or the hosts or bnb it’s self. My own fault and lack of judgment. Trusting someone to care for the property as I do. Brice and co-hosts spent a lot of time and had a lot of unneeded and Undeserved stress dealing with my problem. They offered a lot of grace and willingness to work with me. AWESOME PEOPLE, BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, every thing you could need and want from a stay away from home.

I’ve stayed at a few of Bryce’s other properties in Cruces and would gladly stay here and at his other properties again. He knows exactly what airbnb’ers look for and need. Great for a family or multiple families. Nice newer home. Thanks again

Beautiful modern yet very very comfortable!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Las Cruces at this lovely home. The home was spotless, modern, and warm with new and updated furnishings and fixtures as well as a fantastic fully equipped kitchen. Bryce and his family provided a wealth of knowledge and recommendations for area sites and restaurants, and even provided chocolates on our beds, which my boys loved. Highly recommend this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from everything Las Cruces has to offer! We will stay again the next time we are in Las Cruces!

We loved our stay here! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures! Everything in the house is so clean and nice! The neighborhood is beautiful, and in a great location! We loved riding our bikes, walking to the park and swimming right there in the neighborhood! Walmart and restaurants are all very close! Bryce was very quick to respond to any questions, and very nice. I would highly recommend staying at Bryce’s place, our family loved it!

The place is exactly as it is described. Very clean and it has a good location. We had a great time, Bryce was a great host. The only reason why i wouldn’t give them a 5 ⭐️ is because the information provided one day prior our arrival was not updated. The pool key was supposed to be in the house, we were looking for it for a couple of hours until we got a response by message than they didn’t leave it in the house. We receive the key until next day.

Place was perfect size in a quiet location I would stay there again. Minor things that I would discuss w owner. But overall great place and would recommend it.

I stayed here the night before my wedding, and absolutely loved it! The location was close to the wedding venue, and in a nice neighborhood. it was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly, and responded in a timely manner when they were contacted. The house had everything that was needed, and was spotless! I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful space, great location and the perfect size for our large family. We had an incredible vacation and the pool was perfect for the hot summer days.

I felt tiny in this palatial home! My 5'2" niece felt like a hobbit by the 10ish foot doors. Everything was neat and tidy. Fresh linens and extra blankets and towels were easy to find.

Loved the area, and the house was perfectly located. Very clean, and very clear directions. The email directions were a bit different then the onsite manual, for checkout times and directions.
