We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout our visit. The instructions provided by the host and co-host were clear and easy to follow, which made check-in /check-out and the overall stay smooth and stress-free. The location is extremely convenient, very close to the supermarkets and restaurants. It’s an excellent base for exploring nearby attractions such as Carlsbad Caverns National Park, White Sands National Park, the chili village of Hatch, and T or C Hot Springs and hiking on Organ Mountains etc. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Bryce's place during a very difficult time in our lives and that was during the passing of my mother in law and Bryce was more than good with everything special thank you to you sir.

We visited family that lived nearby. Nice spot with a short drive to restaurants and outdoor activities (hiking, golf, etc). Plenty of room for 3 people plus a 1 year old. The neighborhood is very nice to walk around and has a park a few blocks away. Definitely recommend staying!

The house was clean. The kitchen had little to nothing, not even Ziploc bags. I felt like the bed in the smaller room was an air mattress not a real mattress when opening the back sliding door to the outside area it was super small. Only one person could really fit and it smelled like dog poop. The door was a little hard to open. Not many towels. The icemaker did not work. I did let them know and they said they didn’t know anything about it. Therefore, we didn’t have ice the whole time we stayed mind you it was 90° weather outside and we wanted ice cold drinks. I have definitely paid less for nicer bigger places personally I thought this place was very overpriced for what we received.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for our mom to have surgery for the week. They were very flexible and the house had lots of little great snacks and was within 10 minutes of the hospital.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home was cozy and well-equipped with everything everyone needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful home. The Welcome Book was not only incredibly informative about our stay but also included PAGES of recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and shopping. We spend a lot of time in Las Cruces and can hopefully stay here again.

The townhouse was beautiful and in a great residential area of Las Cruces. We enjoyed meals out to get our fill of delicious NM food but the kitchen was well equipped with spices for those wanting to cook. The home was perfect for my small family and our host Bryce was quick to answer any questions and communicate instructions. You won’t be disappointed with this property.

We attended a family funeral and stayed in this VRBO. It was very clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning to stay here again.

Loved the stay here because of the view and the location. Close enough to the town but secluded enough for the privacy. The only issue was we planned to go to the pool the day we arrived and addressed there was no key. Someone did drop off a few hours later but by that time the sun was almost down, but we tried to make the most of it. In house itself is gorgeous inside and we loved staying here otherwise!

I'm from Las Cruces and have a lot of family that I could've stayed with; however, since my kiddos and I were getting in late and going to be in and out a lot for the weekend I didn't want to inconvenience anyone. Staying here was like home away from home. Very clean and comfortable.

The place was great!

This home is great for a family vacation or a quick getaway. I enjoyed my stay and plan to re book in the near future. This home is located near everything from Walmart to shopping to eating everything was so close, there are also trails near the home for easy walking/jogging. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Also a 30-40 min drive to El Paso, depending on how fast you drive. This home was great and I’ll be back soon to re book!

We traveled with a one year old and found the place accommodating with a pack and play and high chair. The neighborhood was safe and close to a park. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and the place was clean and well equipped.

Property was as described and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children. It is very close to all the major stores in case you need to make a quick run for something.

Wonderful little home with everything you need. Cozy beds, very clean, easy to navigate everything plus perfect little "extras" including coffee, oatmeal and some cookies.

Nice spacious home for our family get together for graduation. Everything matched the description. Best part was the beautiful Organ mountains surrounding the area. Just about 10 minutes from NMSU - we loved the neighborhood and quiet surroundings. Bryce was super responsive too.

The place was about a 2 minute drive to the community college where I had business Friday evening and Saturday morning. It was in a very nice, suburban neighborhood without a lot of noise or traffic. Beautiful, spacious, new home about 15-20 minutes from the town center with very easy navigation to restaurants and sites of interest. Instructions were clear and Bryce was kind enough to make recommendations for a couple of restaurant options with late service since I had to go straight to work Friday evening until close to 9pm. Very pleasant and comfortable stay.

We arrived late at night at the property and the unit was better than we expected and more. Very clean and large kitchen. Perfect for a one night stay. I would visit Las Cruces again and rent this unit again.

Place was very cozy and clean. The location was great in a peaceful neighborhood. Having a garage to park our car was a plus. Kitchen had all the necessities which was important to us.

My family of 5 stayed Friday through Sunday and we were so comfortable and felt like we were at home! Bryce was very responsive and very helpful! Even allowed us a later checkout at the last minute. We visit Las Cruces often and will definitely look into this and other properties that Bryce last listed.

Great place , was very clean .

We came to Las Cruces very last minute for a family emergency. This house is exactly what we needed after a 16hr drive. We would have booked it for more nights if it was available. Everything was very clean. The layout is nice and open. The heater worked great! The only negative thing I can say is that the mattress in the master was very soft. But that may be just personal preference. And we had to use the key to open the front door. We couldn’t figure out the padlock. But the instructions to find the key helped us. We will definitely book again, if we ever find ourselves in Las Cruces.

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The king bedroom bathroom was perfect for our family (girls) to get ready together. The house also provided a king size blow up, which was nice because our son was scared to sleep alone, so he was able to sleep with us in the room. We played baseball at the park and really enjoyed the community environment. We couldn’t go to the pool because it was too cold, but the shower made up for it. Our son said he felt like he was under a waterfall and it was better than the pool. The location was perfect; near restaurants, and stores. Thank you for the binder which shared local restaurants we ate at the host recommended breakfast location and loved it (green chili enchiladas were great). Thank you for hosting our family trip! This place was amazing, we stayed there to get away for the holidays. We basically didn’t leave the house for the week, definitely recommended and will consider staying here again. 10/10

Amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood! Home was beautiful and fit all our guest’s perfect! Check in and out was super smooth with all information being transparent. Communication was very well and would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. We felt right at home there. We didn’t go to the pool but we took a lovely walk to a great playground, a few blocks away. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been on a 4500 mile (so far) trip and have stayed in many airbnb's and hotels. This house is wonderful. Clean, well-outfitted, great location, and a garage in which to park my car. Bryce gave some excellent recommendations for restaurants. I had my golf clubs with me and the course nearby was a very good course. I would stay here again anytime.

I am happy to give a 5-star review for our recent stay at this lovely home. It was very clean, comfortable, nice amenities and easy to check-in. The owners were extremely helpful and informative too. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town.

Bryce is incredibly responsive and provides an excellent home away from home! The home was very comfortable and conveniently located for us. Access to a park and pool were must haves, and we did not find those in many of the options we explored in Las Cruces.

This condo was one of the nicest airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Such a great host, lovely space, and had so many fun things for the kids from the neighborhood pool to the sleds for White Sands. It was clean, had tons of cookware, and very comfortable beds. We hope to stay again!

Great place in a central location.

This townhouse was perfection. Excellent location! The pool is a 2 minute walk, and everyone there were extremely friendly . A golf course was a quick drive. Bryce was a wonderful host! We plan to return.

The residence was perfect for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, great location and walking distance to a park. We had planned to trip to White Sands during our trip and it was a complete surprise that sleds and wax were available for our use. Bryce and Melanie gave great detailed information regarding checking in and out. They would also respond quickly to all messages and were willing to go that extra mile for us if needed. We would highly recommend this property and will utilize it in future trips.

This house is large and very comfortable. Our children loved the nearby park. It was a nice gathering place for family dinner.
