Spacious, clean, and functional for a large group. The beds were comfy, the water pressure was great, and the Harry Potter secret room was adorable.

Some of the members of our running club from Minnesota rented this house for a weekend. The club came to town in order to run the State 47 Las Cruces Marathon races. The house worked out perfect for our needs. The location was wonderful for the local activities and sights. The house was spacious and well equiped. The number of beds was great and they were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped and was great for preparing and serving our pre-race meal. We would definitely consider renting this house in the future.

This rental has been neglected. It is battered and filthy. The kitchen had leftover food in the pantry with evidence of mice. The counters had stuck on food and the sink was in need of scrubbing. Bathrooms were in need of deep cleaning. One sink pedestal appeared to have vomit on it. The carpets in the bedrooms were gross. The couch was a broken down dirty mess. Beneath the cushions we unearthed crumbs, wrappers, a sock, and a lone flip flop. The master shower floor was slimy and the sinks drained super slow most likely due to being blocked with hair that has never been cleaned out. The garage was full of dog hair and old construction debris and parts. The windows and blinds were filthy. There are many items in need of repair including two outlets, loose cabinet doors, a broken dishwasher door, and drains that stink and won’t drain. Dishes were put back in the cupboard dirty. Every door in the house was coated in grimy fingerprints. The dog next door barked for an hour and a half straight when we arrived and continued to bark off and on every night. The ONLY thing that appeared clean was the tile floor. This was the worst VRBO I have ever had the misfortune of renting. Run away from this rental as fast as you can. I have merely scratched the surface with the problems in this unit.

Great Stay

This was such a Beautiful home! Just like the pictures. The master bedroom and bathroom was so spacious and comfortable. The entire house was very clean and the backyard was so large and private. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and very quick to respond. My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and would definitely consider staying again if in the area! I highly recommend this home, especially if you are traveling with a larger family, so much room and space for everyone.

House was clean. Enjoyed the neighborhood and all the bedrooms and baths. Great for our extended family. Didn't have the dishes or linens for a group our size. Got it to us within 24 hours.

The house is beautiful and plenty of space for a large family staying, but the property needs some work and clarity.The couch in living is broken, ice maker and coffee maker also broken. Plates and cups in cupboard were dirty so we ended up buying paper plates and cups. We also had to buy toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher pods because they did not have them. The rules were very clear to not lose the garage opener, but we never did find one. Additionally, there is a strict no smoking rule, but we found cigarette butts by the front door and one of the beds had cigarette hole burn on the comforter. The house wasn’t very clean either. A pillow on one of the beds was stained, and the large bath tub was very dirty. Crumbs on the counters and floor as well. Another thing to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, the house next to the master bedroom side has four dogs that bark throughout the night and early morning.

It was an ok place… Needs some refreshing to the home…(maintenance) Grill needs to be cleaned after each use . (We could not use)

My family and I enjoyed our time at Bryce's place. The balcony provided beautiful views. The kids really enjoyed the Harry Potter nook. And we were very happy to have room to spread out. Bryce and his co-host Cori were super helpful when it came to a misplaced kids tablet. My 7 year old was really happy the cleaners were able to find it and get it back to us. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It’s big and spacious and was very welcoming. The only thing we wished we could’ve done is use the outdoor bbq area, it needed a little sprucing up. We loved hanging out in the kitchen and it had all the amenities. The house is very comfortable and roomy the master suite is amazing. It was well stocked and clean other than the dining room chairs which were badly stained. There were a total of 10 of us. I would happily stay stay there again.

Great stay for two families and lots of littles. Plenty of room and comfy beds. Kids loved the Harry Potter bedroom under the stairs and the kids bed rooms had closets that doubled at hideouts.

Great Space. Clean House. Accommodating host.

We needed a lot of bedrooms for three families and wide range of ages. This house was our perfect for the task. Good kitchen, grill, outdoor fireplace with long sitting wall, big dining table for all hands dinners. The property is located minutes away from stores and restaurants to solve any problem/need. Many hiking destinations are as close as 15 minutes drive.

No surprises. Kitchen well stocked. Very happy with our stay.

We only stayed for a night and left early but this place was exactly as pictured. Enough beds for our whole group (which was the goal)--the daybed by the foosball table was made-up already with linens, which was nice!

Location was great for us and it offered a comfortable amount of space for our family of 8. We enjoyed the kitchen space to cook our family dinners and our time sitting around the table and the outdoor seating firepit area. The hosts were great and quick to respond. Would recommended to others looking for the space for a large group. Thank you for having us. We had a memorable weekend with our grown children and new grandbaby

We came into town from Arizona for a wedding and the home was very accommodating and beautiful. The master bedroom is huge with a play pin ready in the closet. There are three bedrooms upstairs. Big rooms. And nice up stairs bathroom! Down stairs has an additional room with a trundle bed. And a cute Harry Potter style room with a toddler bed. The host was very responsive and answered right away with our questions.

Bryce's listing was as described. They were responsive and the instructions provided were clear. The home and surroundings were beautiful.

For so many of us we really enjoyed our stay, enough beds and rooms for all of us. Felt comfortable and at home. So much space for everyone on the house if we are in the kitchen, living room or outside. My husband and I loved the master bedroom and bathroom, our infant had a blast in the tub. We recommend it if you visit las cruces. The balcony has a beautiful view of the organ mountains

This home is conveniently located in an area of Las Cruces where it is easy to get to all major locations. We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family and White Sands National Park.

Communication was great if a problem arose

Described as “new property with new furnishings”. Actual property is drab and very “used” with much broken furniture: ottoman/coffee table, 4 broken dining chairs (some very dirty), trundle bed super loose with broken slates that can’t be tightened, play structure outside broken and covered with cardboard boxes, toilet paper holder downstairs bath broken, kitchen cabinet fronts broken and coming off, freezer is broken and leaks on kitchen floor (perhaps not defrosted in a long time), sectional couch broken and not fastened together causing one of our party to fall. The ”beautiful views” promised have been obstructed by houses built very close (with barking dogs in all 3 yards). “Exercise room” and “game room“ in name only---”fully stocked kitchen” is minimally equipped. Totally inadequate supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Sticky spots of something on the dining table. Description should indicate that downstairs bedroom is not a bona fide bedroom, being furnished with a trundle bed. It would be helpful to describe and locate bedrooms in description for future renters. Multiple maintenance and housekeeping issues brought to the attention of the host with pictures provided.

Easy access to interstate and 24 hour Wal-Mart. Location is close to Paz and Hardy baseball fields. House is very comfortable and sleeping arrangements were very accommodating for our families.

We rented the property to house children and chaperones for a church conference in Las Cruces. The facility was immaculate and spacious for our needs. All of the amenities were modern and efficient. The game room bed room was a great plus. Additionally, the location was super convenient. We were less than 15 minutes from the venues we needed to attend and from shopping areas. We only have two minor critiques. For future tenants it should be noted that the Harry Potter themed room is basically for a small child that way expectations aren't met for an adult to room there. Also provide dimensions for the bedrooms so that larger groups can have an idea of the space for planning purposes. Overall, whenever we are in Las Cruces we will seek out this property again. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Bryce’s house had everything we needed. Lots of room so everyone could sleep comfortably. Had a crib and a high chair which was a big plus for me. Allowed us to use the garage which we loved as well.

Seven friends stayed at this location. Our stay overnight couldn't have been better, and Bryce was always responsive with correspondence. I highly recommend Bryce, and this location in Las Cruces.

The house was just perfect! The house was lovely, comfortable and relaxing.The neighborhood was safe, quiet and neighbors were very nice! The house was everything that was described and more! Everything was so clean and organized. The fire pit out back was so relaxing. I think the best part was the open concept kitchen and living room floor plan and how it was great to hang out and enjoy each other. The hosts are also very easy to communicate with, which makes the process so smooth. Hands down best place I’ve stayed at!

I chose this location for a work related meeting. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 9. We enjoyed the cooking in the indoor kitchen as well as the patio BBQ. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a good stay. We wanted to use the backyard but a large German shepherd kept charging the fence and barking. Master bedroom fan needs repair. The wine cooler had a constant beeping due to an ice build up. The house definitely needs some TLC. The neighborhood was good.

The house was very clean and fit our entire family easily. It has great indoor and outdoor spaces that accommodate large groups of people. The quiet neighborhood and views took it over the top. Overall it is the perfect home away from home for a traveling family!

Our host Bryce was awesome at making us feel at home and giving all kinds of information for restaurants, things to do etc. The house was great big enough plenty of beds and the back patio area was great for the kids. One of them slept in the Harry Potter room. We had easy access to places and to White Sands where the Bataan Death March reenactment was being held.

This house was perfectly sized for all 16 of us and had all the amenities we could ask for! It was clean upon arrival and the homeowners were available for any questions we may have had. Beds were comfortable and the upstairs balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. I definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Bryce’s place for a family gathering in Las Cruces. The home was easy to find and enter, in a quiet neighborhood just off the highway. The home itself was clean and spacious, both the bedrooms and the common areas (inside and out). We made full use of the outdoor space- which had plenty of outdoor seating, a grill, and a lovely fire pit (note, you will need to provide your own firewood). Given the property was listed as ‘luxury’ we would have expected a better stocked kitchen (cook wear, plates, serving dishes, etc), particularly if hosting large group or grilling, but we were able to make do with a few purchases at local target. Lastly, the Harry Potter room was a BIG hit with the kids and adults- great memorable addition to the trip. Would be happy to stay here again.

What a palace! This place was perfect for our 10 person family reunion. Plenty of beds for 4 grown ups and 6 kids with a room to spare. Loads of designer extras, like the Harry Potter toddler room, game rooms and workout space, fire pits, cozy blankets & plush pillows. The kitchen is well stocked for big groups and the owners generously provided local snacks and breakfast items. The neighborhood is quiet but close to good eats, shopping, and attractions, including a cool place for the kids to run and play. Bryce was prompt and considerate with all communication. This spot is our family go-to from now on.

A very nice house to stay at in Las Cruces. We stayed for about three weeks and had a very pleasant experience. The house was very clean and instructions were clear, Bryce and company were very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. The house is conveniently located close to highway 70 so you can get to different areas in Las Cruces easily. An excellent place to stay if you are going to be doing anything at White Sands Missile Range.

This is a wonderful place for large families or even groups. We loved the fire pit, the Harry Potter room, and the large kitchen. Having shampoo, conditioner, and soap on hand in the bathrooms really helped out when some of our party forgot theirs. The neighborhood felt safe and there was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable and spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and definitely recommend this place to others!

We were the lucky first occupants of this extraordinary property and let me tell you it didn't disappoint. The home was clean welcoming and had everything you could possible need to feel right at home (even little chocolates sprinkled across the home). The Harry Potter room under the stairs really was a nice touch for the kids! It is in one of the best neighborhoods in the the city and we felt very safe. Bryce was a very attentive host and responded quickly to all questions we had. We will definitely be putting this on our favorites list and likely stay here every time we get the opportunity.
