The house was nice. It is on kind of a busy road but the neighborhood was quiet with a nice mix of ages and some kids.

My extended family and I stayed at this home for a few weeks while in Las Cruces for a bigger family event. It is spacious & tidy. The memory foam beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had a large closet. The kitchen was sufficient to cook & eat the majority of our meals at the house. The neighborhood felt safe & peaceful. We enjoyed the several playgrounds/parks that were with in ~10 mins walking distance (at preschooler pace) & visited them most days to help our kiddos get their wiggles out & enjoy some sunshine. The comfortable & private backyard space was perfect for playing with kiddos, eating & making s'mores. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We would stay here again, if it is available when we are visiting.

Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. My family stayed here for my daughter's wedding. We enjoyed the ability to sit at the table, sit outside, and congregate in the living room while we enjoyed home cooked meals as well as take out from the local eateries. The home is clean. The host is communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet on the weekend as well as at night. The road behind the house is busy, however, during the weekday due to local schools and new home construction about one mile away. Even so, I plan on staying here again in the future.

Easy access to shopping, restaurants and Mesilla -one of our favorite places to hang at when we're in Las Cruces. Host gave great directions and instructions, was very responsive. The house is beautiful. The location is great! The beds were all very comfortable. The only complaint was that the house was not very clean. Most of the walls were dirty, there was hair everywhere but the host was very nice and replied fast when I had questions or concerns. It was a nice stay overall.

The property was very clean and well kept. I really appreciated the double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The furniture is comfortable. The backyard looked fine, but was smaller than I expected. The foosball table is fun & there were several other games available., including a horseshoe pit. We were visiting our son at NMSU. The house was much farther from campus than I expected. Overall, it was a good stay & the hosts were cooperative and easy to reach.

This airb&b is beautiful. We really appreciated the fact that it had 2 masters as we had my mother in law with us for the trip. Having 3 full bathrooms and an extra half bath was also super helpful. We also loved that we were able to use the garage! It is in a new construction neighborhood but we never had any issues with that. We were visiting family in Las Cruces and this place was very convenient for that. We would definitely use again!

Home was comfortable and clean. Great location for our day trips to Gila National Forest, White Sands NP, and Carlsbad Caverns. Nearby golf (Red Hawk GC) was beautiful and convenient; the twilight price was just right. Nearby grocery and other shopping was convenient and helpful. Household amenities were adequate and useful. Bryce was responsive to questions and helped us fix our initial scheduling glitch. The price was definitely at the upper end of our budget when all was said and done, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This beautiful modern dessert home nicely accommodated my wife and I and our seven children and one married spouse. Maybe we will get to return someday!

This was the second time that I stayed at one of Bryce’s homes. I love visiting New Mexico. It is truly the land of enchantment. The home was comfortable and spacious. Great location. Nice walking trails. Friendly community. Mountain View’s were beautiful.

Great for large families! Clean, comfortable, and spacious! Enjoyed the recommendations for eating out in the area! Home was exactly what we needed for our roadtrip in New Mexico as we headed to White Sands, then to Sante Fe.

This is a great house. Comfortably sleeps 10 and if I would’ve had 13 like originally planned some would’ve been on the couch or air mattresses. The 2 masters are great and has 3 full bathrooms and a half bath.

Only stopped for a quick one night on a road trip. Wish we had more time to stay to enjoy the property. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Wish they were stocked up on regular coffee as they mainly had decaf. Responses from the host was hit and miss but when they did respond it was very helpful. Watch out for mid stay cleaning fees. Was charged a mid stay cleaning fee for a one night stay. Messaged the host and he took it off. If I hadn’t reached out we would have been charged twice for cleaning. Would stay again if visiting the area.

We were traveling for an esports tournament and staying here was so much more fun than staying at a hotel. Great communication, amazing property, easy to find, comfortable beds. Enjoyed everything about this!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Las Cruces. Our group of 8 had plenty of space- home was well appointed, had comfy beds, large couch, and fun additional amenities for the kids (foosball table and basketball hoops game in the garage). It was the perfect place to stay during our road trip of New Mexico. Bryce, Melanie, and Cori were very friendly and excellent communicators. All the little extras were appreciated. This is a great house to stay at for large groups.

Door lock PIN code did not work upon arrival. Owners were quick to respond with new code that worked. We checked in late night/ early morning and there were no blankets available. The owners stated that their cleaning company took them to get cleaned off site, and since our booking was “last minute” they were not prepared to replace the blankets. So if you are booking for a same day stay, I would reconsider.

Was very clean ans comfortable. There was a few items in the kitchen that needed an extra wash.

Amazing Stay in Las Cruces! I had an absolutely wonderful stay from December 22-24! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, ensuring every detail was perfect. The location was convenient, quiet, and a perfect base for exploring the area. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Las Cruces. I hope to stay here again in the future.

We especially loved the layout of the home which gave us all some privacy and a comfortable common area to hang out. We appreciated having the garage and backyard with so much for our young adults to do. Bryce, Melanie and Cori were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome and cared for.

This place was everything we needed, and such a beautiful, comfortable, welcoming space. The beds were so comfortable that we went looking for a brand for our next mattress purchase. Even the bunk beds have amazing mattresses that comfortably sleep adults! It's close enough to the highway to be close to restaurants and everything in Las Cruces, but tucked back enough to feel very quiet and private. We had toddlers with us, and they loved the backyard, the spinny barstools, the fantastic nearby park, and all the blankets in the blanket basket. Bryce was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would 10/10 stay here again!

The House was everything we needed. 4 Bathrooms, 3 Comfortable Bedrooms, & a 4th Bunk-Bed Room with room for 4 kids or small Adults. The 2 Master King Bedrooms had the Best Mattress Ever! Extremely Comfortable if you get to sleep in 1 of the 2 King Beds. Those Foam Mattresses don’t Allow you to keep your eyes Open.You will fall asleep by Accident & sleep for 10hrs if you don’t set your Alarm.Overall very beautiful house,Kitchen & living Area. Definitely will have to come back to this Rental to Relax in those Beds.

The Pulsar house was very comfortable and had all the amenities our family needed. Outside, there were lots of chairs and the outdoor space was perfect for gathering and dining and just enjoying the gorgeous fall weather. The owners included books, and games for indoor and outdoor fun. There were plastic discs and wax for sledding down the White Sands dunes and a cooler for our picnic. The welcome notebook included lots of restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated. We had a large family group convening for the weekend, so we were able to also rent a nearby home from the same owner which was very convenient. Our stay was just what we had hoped for and the accommodations were perfect for our large family. The owners were quick to respond to our correspondence also. Check in was super easy.

Bryce and co-mgrs were very responsive and helpful. We were on a business trip and traveled with a total of 4 co-workers. With 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, this was perfect as all rooms were private with two of them with on-suites. Internet speed was fast with 4 people online working. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, utensils, spices, and coffee - kuerig and regular coffee maker. This was greatly appreciated! Location was great as it was easy to businesses, restaurants, shops, etc. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Beautiful home! Once we stepped foot we fell in love with this house and the views from the backyard. Definitely recommend and would book again!

My stay here was not without its share of disruptions. There were two power outages from the heavy rain and the daytime noises from the construction on the new housing scheme at the back of the house. Although these issues were no fault of the hosts, the dishwasher that did not work and the dirty dishes in the cupboard were. Despite this, my stay was positive. The rooms were comfortable and the home was spacious with its accessible garage.

Premises very clean enjoyed the fact that it had three bathrooms and four bedrooms good size kitchen with a small backyard with its grill. Very presentable we enjoyed it very much.

We had an amazing stay at Bryce and Melanie's beautiful home! They graciously upgraded our reservation, and it exceeded all our expectations. Our kids were thrilled with the foosball and basketball table games, which were a fantastic extra treat. The backyard mountain view was breathtaking, and we felt so at home throughout our stay. Bryce’s home was beautiful and very clean. The checkin was easy via a door code. Bryce responded to my messages almost immediately. The home is in a new neighborhood about 20min from downtown las cruces and 25min from mesilla It has 4 bedrooms which was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 5 children

We were in town for the Bataan march at White Sands Missile range. The house was perfect for our group. The hosts were very responsive and bailed me out when I forgot to contact them about an early check in. They got us in within minutes of my call. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our family visit in Las Cruces. The home is new, well appointed, plenty of space for extended family to have their own private areas and to gather. Spent quite a bit of time on the patio and in the yard working, reading and hanging out. Neighborhood is new and growing, so close to what we needed. My family lives on the other side of Las Cruces, nothing seemed more than 20 min away. Would stay again!

This was an excellent choice for our family, including back yard play area and large kitchen and living room. The host was very responsive and helpful-even delivered a portable crib at short notice.

Nice house and area however there were at least 20 dead cockroaches we found throughout the house. Besides that there was a noticeable smell of smoke in certain parts. Also, the dog next door barked the entire night for the two nights we were there.

Overall the worst Airbnb experience we have had. Nice house BUT dirty! I mean they charge you an expensive amount for cleaning only to spend my time vacuuming, washing all sheets since they just made the beds with dirty sheets and didn’t think we would notice, hair, toilet paper, roaches and crumbs. Broken glass all over that injured my toddler. Failed to have spare sheets or enough towels. Just plain Dirty! We communicated our issues they took forever to get back to us and didn’t do much to solve our situation besides to overburden us even more.

Beautiful spacious house. Amazing! Some would think it’s too far from downtown but I can say it’s perfect. It’s close to the golf course and we all know Its only a 5-10 minute ride anywhere in the city. Love it!

We had a family reunion/wedding to attend in the Las Cruces area and needed a large house for my family to stay. The two Master suites didn't disappoint and the kids had a blast with sharing the bunk beds! The local was great and had a wonderful lunch up the street at the Red Hawk Golf Course Cafe!

My family (with some extended family) stayed one night on a road trip. Communication with host and check-in were simple and easy. House was as described, maybe even more spacious than we expected. We slept 13 comfortably. New neighborhood, seemed like a good area.

The house was beautiful! Great floor plan, cute back patio, comfortable beds! I would stay there again. My only other comments would be that we found 3 little cockroaches in the house, the baseboards were a little dirty and the instructions in the guestbook were not the the same as the instructions send to me via the app. Thank you !!

This was a great family gathering to celebrate our older daughter's marriage. We had plenty of room for the 9 of us staying there. Two family members who camped in Las Cruces were able to join us during the day. We had plenty of room for people to sleep, play games, eat, and just sit and relax. Location was great for us to see White Sands, the Organ Mountains, and Old Mesilla plus The Chile Institute at the University and the Zuhe Museum. We just returned from a month-long stay at Bryce and Melanie’s home in Las Cruces, NM. The home is fabulous for families and the layout is perfect with plenty of room to spread out. With four bedrooms and 3+ baths, a large family will have a very comfortable stay. Many extra amenities, like welcome chips and salsa and a detailed binder of information on the home and area, make this rental extra special. Bryce was very responsive and accommodating to any questions we had, which made us feel taken care of. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to explore southern NM.

This house was a great fit for our family. We were in town for a wedding, and we had plenty of room to ready ourselves and cook meals in between our wedding responsibilities. The house was spotless, I don’t know that I have ever stayed at a place so clean! That’s how I like to keep our home, so the housekeeping effort made showed, and is well appreciated. We had everything we needed from cookware, dishes, towels, toiletries, to even some pantry staples. We also were welcomed with a complimentary bag of tortilla chips and a jar of local salsa. That was a treat! Bryce was attentive and available for any questions I had during our stay. Very kind and easy to communicate with. We would gladly book this home again, and would love to stay the full week.

This is a beautiful newer home in a booming subdivision. Everything in the home is very clean and spacious. The views of the mountains are spectacular. There's a super 5 burner gas stove that made cooking a pleasure. Easy hour drive to Alamogordo or El Paso. Ruidoso is only 2 hours away and worth the drive. This is one of the nicer homes we have rented over the years!

This home is amazing all the comforts you wouldn’t expect in a rental. It’s not too far of a drive to get around and do things. You can relax by the fire pit or stay in and enjoy the refrigerated air. We stayed with our adult children and grandchildren and they all loved their weekend get away. Thank you So much

Fantastic house! Quiet, clean, comfortable. Communication is fast. Very high-quality linens and beds. Plenty of pillows to choose from. Kitchen is well-stocked. Big details such as lots of space, efficient air conditioner, comfortable furniture, work areas, detailed guide book and little details such as make-up wash clothes make this an incredible find. We were a party of five, the house could easily accommodate more people comfortably. We will stay here again.

We had enough room for everyone to have dinner together and space to enjoy the celebration of the marriage. Everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed the stay. Great stay!

Unfortunately our visit to this Airbnb was due to a funeral. When we arrived the house was going to have a later check in then originally excepted, I let them know that all though I understood that the last renter left it a big mess, we needed to get ready for the “viewing”, they immediately apologized and the cleaning crew allowed us in, they were apologetic and even offered there condolences ♥️ the next day we were given a gift card for the inconvenience( that meant a lot ) . This place is brand new and absolutely stunning. It was very nice to come back after an emotional day, to a bright/fun environment… we couldn’t have asked for anything more! We will be booking here again!

Bryce and Mel’s place was everything described and more. Brand new neighborhood and house walking distance to a park. Plenty of space for our two families with 5 young kids. They loved playing outside in the backyard. Beautiful touches of home decor, well stocked kitchen with supplies, spices, as well as bathroom supplies ( toilet paper, soaps etc.) We never felt cramped and the beds were some of the comfiest we have slept in staying in an air bnb. Communication was timely and responsive and they were helpful with any requests or questions. We will definitely stay here again if in the las cruces area.

The rental was impeccable, as soon as we walked in there was a unanimous wow factor. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was nicely updated. After a long day of hiking, we looked forward to unwinding with a fun game of Foosball and had a lot of laughs. Bryce was very prompt in responding to messages if we had any questions about the house or the area. We would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful home and well-stocked!

Such a beautifuly decorated home, perfect layout with 2 master bedrooms. The fire pit, horse shoes and neighborhood park were some of our favorite perks! Location is kind of in on the outskirts in a new development so there was construction and our GPS had a hard time locating it sometimes. All around though was a wondeful stay. I was very impressed with the cleanliness
