Comfortable 5 bedroom with Game Room

This was our second time staying here. Great hosts.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bryce’s place! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt relaxed and at home. The house smelled absolutely amazing—fresh, clean, and very well cared for. You could tell that thought and attention had been put into making the space welcoming for guests. We’re a family of 12, so having enough room for everyone is always important when we travel. Bryce’s place did not disappoint! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, relax, and be comfortable without feeling crowded. It was such a peaceful place to come back to, unwind, spend time together, and simply enjoy being with family. The only issue we experienced was that the internet wasn’t working during our stay. Bryce was very responsive, apologetic, and communicated with us about the situation, which we really appreciated. But you know what…It actually turned into something positive. We really enjoyed the game room.

After our previous VRBO fell through at the last minute. We were able to book this home same day. Bryce made the process seamless and hassle-free which was much appreciated. The home was clean and we had ample room. I would stay here again if my travels bring me back to Las Cruces.

Honestly it was just ok. The hosts are nice but after the first night the internet went down and didn’t come back up for the rest of the stay. Broken coffee pots and lamp shades Dead flies and lots of dust on the windowsills. The game room was not useable because of how hot it was all the time even in the evening. The internet was a big deal because the router was behind a locked door so we couldn’t even reset it.

Loved this spot. Any improvements needed would be super minor - the blinds in the first front most bedroom don’t open correctly, and the pool table only has one cue stick that has the felt so we just shared the cue stick as we played. One of the bedrooms was missing its remote to control the light and fan. Other than that, the rest of the house was in great shape. It was very clean, the amenities were terrific, and the inclusion of a cooler and sleds for White Sands was a very well thought out touch and saves you money having to rent sleds if you go! The sport court behind the house was great too, our kids both loved it and we went there each full day we stayed. The pool table and basketball game were awesome too. Overall, we liked the peaceful neighborhood and appreciated the newness of the home and the surroundings. It was a little bit out of town, probably 20 mins to any high quality restaurant or natural grocery store, but we didn’t mind that because the quiet, peaceful neighborhood was enjoyable whenever we were ready to retire from the days activities. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great spacious space and near everything. Was such a lovely home to stay at with our kids and family so we could all be together and have family time. Having the game room was a bonus for the kids.

A great place to stay with teenagers! We brought 3 4-H members for Senior Leadership Retreat. The boys enjoyed the game room and were in there every second they could be. Very spacious & comfortable home - we had 11 for a famiy reunion, plenty of room to spread out

Our host was great and there were plenty of amenities! There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and be comfortable. The game room was a big hit!

Some of the members of our running club from Minnesota rented this house for a weekend. The club came to town in order to run the State 47 Las Cruces Marathon races. The house worked out perfect for our needs. The location was wonderful for the local activities and sights. The newly constructed house was spacious and well equiped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. It was pretty cool to see the neighborhood Ninja obstacle course behind the privacy wall and running three blocks behind the houses. What a fun neighborhood and great community idea! We would definitely consider renting this house in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Bryce’s place! It fit our needs and was beautiful.

The house was large and laid out well. The home was not very clean. All of the light fixtures were caked with dust, stains all over the carpets, visible mold/mildew in primary shower, animal urine on drapes in living room, banged up paint/walls in the dining area. The dishwasher was not secure and the entire unit would pull out when trying to open. There is absolutely no street parking as all of the neighbors take it up (including partially blocking the driveway). The next door neighbor has at least 3 dogs that are kept outside 24 hours a day and bark all day/night. This host requires you wash your towels before you check out. This house shows well in pictures, but is in need of a thorough deep cleaning! Would probably not book again.

We loved it. The only thing the parking was cluttered by neighbors parking in the entry of our parking.

It felt right at home. The layout was nice and spacious, with plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. The air conditioner was amazing, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable!

Comfortable and pretty house.

We loved Bryce’s place. We needed a bigger house for a small family getaway. This house felt very homey and was perfect for our needs

The house overall was ok but it did several issues that were unexpected. The place was clean at first sight but it was not carefully cleaned before our arrival. The pantry had a lot of debris on shelves. All the lamps in bathrooms and kitchen were as if they have never been cleaned. The dishwasher was not attached to cabinet. Lavatory drain in front bathroom was clogged, they came to unclog it but it is still very slow draining. Several scrapes in walls Grill outside was discussing Fuss table in garage is coming apart and is unusable. Rug in living room dirty. And we asked for a little flexibility at checkout and was denied without any consideration. 10:00 am check out for a 12 person house is unacceptable. Overall ok sleep in but that’s about it.

This was my first stay at an Airbnb. It'll be hard to live up to this one! Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Plus, friendly hosts. We had 7 adults and two toddlers and did not feel like we were living on top of eachother.

This home was beautiful and accommodated my family perfectly. We enjoyed our stay and the host always responded quickly to any questions I had. I would stay here again!!

Great place to stay with large family!

My wife, her family, and I stayed here for my son's NMSU graduation. There was plenty of room to stretch out. We enjoyed the propane firepit in the evening as well as the pool table. A number of people fell asleep on the couch and there was plenty of seat for morning breakfast.morningmornbreakfast.

This is the third time we have stayed at this house and have never had a problem. We will never stay anywhere else when we are in Las Cruces!!!!!

It was a blessing to stay with our mothers under one roof. It was very important to us that my wife and our mothers all felt safe. We hope to stay here, again, in the future!!!

Wow, this place is even better than the photos - what a treat to arrive 'home' to!.. Felt like luxury and incredibly spacious.. the nice little patio has a fab swing chair in the sunshine, and our boys (and I) loved the ninja course right behind the property! Lovely neighbourhood for cycling / jogging around and perfect for its proximity to White Sands!

Bryce sent clear instructions before arrival. House was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the garage game room and nearby ninja course. The binder with instructions and recommendations was handy. Would stay here again.

We were in town or our son's wedding. The home is very spacious and well furnished. Having 3 full bathrooms made showering a breeze! Every one of the 5 bedrooms was utilized! Our grandson loved the game options in the garage. We spent a few hours out there on Sunday. Many wonderful memories were made! Would definitely stay again! Overall a 5 star rating!!*Areas to improve-When we arrived, the master shower was dirty with hair and dirt; and shower door drip guard was slimmy and moldy. All light fixtures especially the bathrooms were pretty dirty. Two vehicles were parked out at the curb in front of the home for our entire stay which made other guests park down the street.

House was the prefect place for our family Christmas trip, very roomy and comfortable.

This was a great place for our family to spread out! I liked the separation of bedrooms near bathrooms so that we weren’t on top of each other. There were also lots of places to gather as a family and enjoy our time together!

We had family and friends over for a family function and the house is bigger than what is pictured. Rooms are spacious, big bathrooms and a huge living area for hanging out. The garage/entertainment room was perfect for the kids to hang out and have privacy. Would definitely recommend for comfort, space and proximity to stores/town.Owners were quick to communicate and responded quickly. Definitely a 10/10 rating! The home was as described. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 teens. Friendly neighbors and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The game room was great for the boys and grandpa to play pool. Yes we would rent this again. It certainly met our needs. We had to extend our stay and the response time was within maybe 5-10 minutes which was perfect.

Twelve of us from Oklahoma stayed in Bryce and Melanie's property on Santa Alexandra Rd as we were in Las Cruces for a family wedding. We were all more than pleased with our four day stay. This is only the third AirBnb I've rented and they were more than patient and promptly responsive with my questions prior to our stay. The game room was a big plus especially for the older children. The house was perfectly clean, stocked and organized. Everyone felt at home and appreciated coming back to the house after a long day and/or night and relaxing as a family in a pleasant and homey environment. This property more than met our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Perfect place and layout for weekend stay.

This house is well laid out & has plenty of room for large groups. The layout allowed everyone to either gather together or find some quiet space away from others. There were plenty of amenities for fun & cooking. This was one of the most well stocked airbnbs I’ve stayed in. This includes, towels, blankets, pillows, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, etc. The hosts were clear in their instructions, very quick to respond to questions & provided suggestions for local restaurants, shops & activities. Our family of 12, ranging in age from 2 1/2 to 55, had a great time. We highly recommend this location to others.

We rented this property for my sons graduation. House was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, perfect for our family of 9 adults. Wish we would have more time to utilize the game room and the fire table. Host was accessable and we were able to arrange a late checkout as our flights left later in the day. This place was perfect for us to visit White Sands National Park, Organ Mountains and within 10 minutes of downtown, 20 minutes from Mesilla. The rooms were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space for a family of 4 to move around. We definitely recommend!!

The home was exactly as described: new, clean, very large, and well taken care of. We didn't need to ask about anything; the things we needed were provided, and a few things unasked for were also present. There were many items useful for families: high chair, and bunk beds with trundle; the game room in the garage was a welcome addition for our group, making the stay surprisingly peaceful (as peaceful as a place can be with children of varying ages). I highly recommend this home; I appreciated the detailed check-in instructions and proactive communications which answered everything in advance. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was a beautiful, new, perfectly clean home! We had 4 couples and 3 singles staying for a wedding weekend and it was the perfect place! The host had nice touches welcoming us like local salsa, coffee, cocoa and even chocolates on the beds! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all our needs and the game room in the garage was an added bonus! We also enjoyed walking the ninja course which runs right behind the house. Beautiful home with all the amenities you need for your stay! We stayed @ Bryce's home in Las Cruces for our son's wedding at the Rio Grande Winery. His home did not disappoint. We had a game room to play pool, a Foosball table and lots of table games to entertain the family. Very nice modern new home in a peaceful, quiet community! A wonderful time was had by everyone and we made a lot of memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

The home looks so small from the front side! Then as you walked in you can see all the space available. You will definitely won't feel crowded. The only negative is the parking space is too short. Other than that it was great!

This home was well decorated and equipped. The spacious home accommodated our large family, including two teenagers and grandmother comfortably. It was thoughtful of Bryce to leave chips and salsa and coffee. The beds were comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi was appreciated. When I left something behind our hosts were quick to respond and help with arrangements to retrieve my item. I highly recommend and would love to stay again when my family returns to LC!

Stunning home away from home! We enjoyed the space and really enjoyed the activities in the garage. The backyard was private and allowed us to relax and sit by the fire pit. We would definitely stay again and recommend for large gatherings.

Bathrooms were clean, with an ample supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The couch was huge and super comfy. We enjoyed the swing seat on the patio in the sunshine. And we spent lots of time in the game room refreshing our pool shooting skills. We’d definitely stay here again if we come to Las Cruces.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious home, in a great neighborhood. There are walking trails and a neat ninja warrior style obstacle course right behind the home. Extremely clean, with lots of thoughtful extras. We will definitely be staying again.

Only airbnbs we stay at- Bryces homes! They do not disappoint!

We've stayed in many AirBnB's in the US and Europe, and we found Bryce's home to be first rate. We had a number of extended family members gathering, and appreciated the space, good sound dampening of the walls (i.e., we couldn't hear each other when in our bedrooms), and thoughtful outfitting of the home. We found the property to be unusually well equipped, from the kitchen to the fire pit to garage game room with pool table, foos ball, in-door basketball shooting game. If back in Las Cruces, we would stay here first, if available.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights on a trip to visit family in the area and we absolutely loved the house! The check-in instructions were sent exactly 24 hours prior to arrival and they were very detailed, which was convenient and gave us peace of mind so we didn't have to worry about whether we would get the instructions in time for check-in. They also provided plenty of recommendations for the area and were very responsive any time I messaged them. The house was so nice and very clean. There were plenty of fresh linens and they even provided cute little chocolates on the towels upon arrival. It was a great place to stay with as many people as we had on the trip because everyone got their own room and there was plenty of seating for all of us during mealtimes and for watching tv as well. It was nice to have the yard for the pets and also to let my kiddos run around a little. Overall our stay was great and hope to come back again someday!

The home was beautiful with plenty of space for my family. The view in backyard was beautiful! The furniture was comfy and we had lots of fun in the game room. We felt very welcomed (chocolates on our pillows!) and at home. Plenty of places to sit and a fire pit in backyard.

Fantastic brand new house; was like staying in a model home. Super clean and thoughtfully equipped with game room, full kitchen, small snacks, and clear recommendations and instructions. Bed and blankets all new and high quality. Everything about this house was thoughtfully designed and laid out. I had a few questions and host replied to me within minutes. Easily my best short term rental experience, well done.

This is a new house with plenty of rooms for 8 people. Kitchen is well equipped, it is a bright new house with lovely design and furniture. Nice Organ Mountain View from backyard. Good location and near highways. We came from White Sand National Park and rested here for one day before driving to Arizona. Nice stay and relaxed.
