Went great. My inlaws had a great stay.

Had a wonderful time here. House is beautiful. Has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is great. We made a lot of mesls. Plenty ofbthings for the kids. We had fun with the tether ball in the backyard. We made s'mores in the fire pit. Had a great time. We will be back.

Bryce's description of the home was exactly what it was. It was very clean and felt like home. Also, plenty of room for everyone. There was a notebook on the kitchen table with all the local resturants and other recommendations. I recommend booking with Bryce!

We really enjoyed the property. It was comfortable and fit the needs of my family perfectly. The opened concept living, dining, and kitchen allowed all of us to hang out, laugh and talk just like we did as kids. The king suite on the first floor was perfect, especially for those who are unable to climb stairs. The upstairs was nicely laid out. The extra king suite was a bonus as was the loft. Having the two car garage was a bonus though the old grill and wash machine made it a bit of a challenge to park 2 cars in there. But it was doable. The back yard was perfect for our needs. Don’t forget to bring wood for the firepit. The property was pet friendly. But be sure you read the pet policy if you are bringing a pet. I would recommend having some extra blankets to layer on the beds when it’s cold. The owners were great to work with-very responsive to needs, questions, or suggestion. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and lovely

The house was very spacious and allowed several people to stay here with ample bathrooms. Each room was really nice. The place was really nicely appointed with good mattresses and bed linens that weren’t too perfumy. Great kitchen with everything one needs and comfy couches. Fabulous house. It was just a little too far out of town in hindsight.

This is our second stay here and we love it. It’s spacious for our group and the host is always responsive. We travel to Las Cruces a lot for softball tournaments, so we hope to continue to stay here!

Check-in was easy and smooth, and Bryce was great—very responsive and helpful. The place was very spacious, big enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 8. Everything was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, kitchen,dining and living área is a great place to hang out with family. Kitchen was nice and clean with plenty of coffe provided. We bbq in the backyard, kids enjoyed playing tether ball.They also enjoyed playing with neigborhood kids. They also let us in early Very peaceful area will stay again.

Great Stay in Las Cruces! Melanie and Bryce were excellent hosts. Their check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and we loved having garage parking. The house was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for our group. The bedrooms were cozy and the bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with towels and blow dryers. The full kitchen had everything we needed including a toaster and coffee maker. The location is really convenient with Walmart and Walgreens just a mile away. The hosts responded quickly to messages and were very helpful. The wifi worked great throughout the property. Everything was clean and well-organized. We felt welcome and comfortable during our entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was everything we needed for the night. We are a family that was traveling cross country to move and Bruce was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Great location and size. With two primary suites, we had plenty of space. Two TV areas was also nice for a multi-generational stay. Comfortable beds and lots of seating at the oversized dining table and sectional. Upkeep could be more detailed.

I usually do not take the time to do these reviews, but felt this time I had to express how I felt would help not only future travelers, but VRBO, and the host to make anyone's stay more pleasent.the location is nice and quiet. The house has lots of space. But I do have to mention, that someone has to go back and review the cleaning. The stove/oven was very dirty. The top of the fridge is covered in greasy dust.the outside BBQ grill is in no condition to use. The knobs are falling off, and so is the lid.this poses a serious a safety issue. The AC vents upstairs are very dusty, and the iron board cover is very stained.that stained a brand new shirt. I don't know if the host lives close by or not, and is not aware of these things.or VRBO does not inspect their properties on a regular basis.things need to be replaced, and refreshed so travelers have a full experience.The house is the house has lots of space

The house was large enough for all of my family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the backyard with the tetherball and artificial turf. The location is very convenient to restaurants and the highway to access the rest of Las Cruces.

Great Stay Bryce is a great host. His home is very clean and comfortable. We were road weary coming from Dallas on our way to San Diego. Bryce’s place had plenty of room and a fenced backyard for Hank the dog. It was like arriving at a friend’s home. We would definitely stay again!

We will try and give a fair review, but our experience wasn’t in line with the positive reviews on here. The pros - it is a large home with plenty of space for groups or families. There are some nice playgrounds to walk to if traveling with kids. It’s decently equipped with essentials. The hosts are responsive & accommodating. However, we do not feel like it was worth what we paid - we asked about a pack n play in advance and were told one would be available. It was not in a condition we would want our child to sleep on - stained and frankly gross. There were other stains around (bedding & sofa) and some dirty glassware. While not the hosts fault, the neighborhood is not quiet as we heard numerous dogs barking all throughout the day/evening which wasn’t ideal for little kids trying to sleep.

Great place to stay. Lots of space and privacy for each guest. The beds were very comfortable which is usually rare but overall myself and guest enjoyed our stay.

We were in town to attend a wedding. The house was beautiful, more spacious than we expected, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the little tray of tea, coffee, creamers, and oatmeal packets. After coming in late at night, that was lovely to have the next morning! The host was very responsive and comprehensive in providing directions. It was a great house and I would recommend it!

The house was very nice, roomy, and clean, and was only 45 minutes from White Sands which was a super cool place to visit.

Stayed here for a softball tournament. It was one of the only airbnbs in the area with four bathrooms and three showers. Living and kitchen area had enough room for everyone to eat and It was in a great location. We did have issues with the door and wifi connection and Bryce was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Came to Las cruces with some friends and we absolutely loved the house!! Very clean and spacious. Beautiful area and home, would definitely stay here again!!

The house is big and beutiful, king beds very nice. Also close to kid payground our grand kids love it. Hifhly recommend this place.

The Toluca house was very comfortable and had all the amenities our family needed. Outside, there were lots of chairs and the outdoor space was perfect for gathering and dining and just enjoying the gorgeous fall weather. When we saw the plastic discs and wax for sledding down the White Sands dunes we were thrilled. They also had a cooler for picnicking. The welcome notebook included lots of restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated. Our stay was just what we had hoped for and the accommodations were perfect for our large family.

We had a wonderful time staying here! My soccer team and I came into town to play in an adult soccer tournament and this house accommodated all of us! There’s lots of space! We appreciated being able to park in the garage since we had several cars there. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!

Overall the property met our needs well. Plenty of places to let a large family all have a place to sleep. A few more place settings for family dinners would be my suggestion for improvement so that a place that sleeps a large family can easily accommodate them at the large table.

We had a great time at the house. It was in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. There was a nice park in walking distance. Walmart and restaurants were just down the street. It was clean spacious and had all the amenities that my family needed for our vacation. The beds were so comfy. Plenty of room to relax, we will definitely stay here again. This was the first time we did a rental home in Las Cruces versus a hotel, and I don't think we will go back. Home was easy to find and enter with the instructions sent to us the day before. Upon arrival the house was spotless and ready for us to spread out. The layout of home was perfect with plenty of space for our group of 9 (7 adults & 2 kids). The bedrooms were the perfect amount of space and beds were made nicely. All bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner & body wash in them which was so great. The kitchen had staple small appliances that were great for making breakfasts and lunch at home. A group favorite was the foosball table upstairs and the turf area in the backyard for games! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in mornings looking at the beautiful surroundings. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home Bryce & Melanie!

Had a wonderful stay! Very quiet and peaceful just like we wanted. The house was roomy, very comfy and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Love the chips and salsa😋very nice detail coming in after a long drive. Thank you for that Bryce! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal. Nice detail that there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and lots of towels and extra blankets. So many wonderful things to say. Would definitely stay there again.

I visited 4/23 with a senior citizen, 2 kids, 5 adults, and a small dog- there was a lot of room for all.of us. The house had everything we needed to cook/grill meals at home and close enough to restaurants. The master bedroom on the first floor was perfect for the senior in our group- there was a walk in shower that we were able to use his shower chair in- having this separte bathroom just for him was a life-saver! There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows - this place was really comfortable! We would definitely come back to this rental.

We only stayed overnight, so we didn’t get to explore or anything, but we still really enjoyed staying here. It’s a beautiful new home in a nice, quiet seeming neighborhood. Slightly difficult for us to get to due to construction/road closures at the time and it being so new, but it wasn’t too bad and it was a breeze actually getting inside the house. I’m sure it’s even easier finding the house when it’s not late and very dark outside. Super clean and cozy place. Lots of blankets and pillows in the rooms. The beds were genuinely really comfortable. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. The little game room loft area is perfect for kiddos. My kids are nearly adults, but I wouldn’t have felt uneasy having young kids there. It felt very safe and home-y. There was all the essentials and more. Bryce left a little welcome basket with some snacks and drinks (lifesaver!) and recommendations of places to see/visit/eat. Definitely a pleasant experience staying here at Bryce’s.

This place was incredible for our stay. We had plenty of room and loved the open space in the kitchen, dining area and living area. The bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. I shared the bunkbed room with two other adults and was very comfortable .

Great stay in a quiet location!

This was a beautiful place to stay, super clean and nicely set up & decorated. My family enjoyed the space and my (adult) kids loved the bunk bed set up!!! We enjoyed grilling and making s’mores in the backyard area! The setting was beautiful but the neighbors are way to close, the neighbor dog was outside just barking … and the other neighbor had his fire alarm goin off several times that we thought it was in our place at first…but realized it was next door! We had a restful night, comfortable beds and enjoyed our stay!

Very beautiful home as well as the neighborhood very friendly.

Outside of the pretty obvious carpet and sofa stains, the house was very comfortable, otherwise clean, and as described. Although Bryce was very up front about this being a new neighborhood, we were still somewhat surprised by the almost total lack of desert vegetation, the litter in the area, and the amount of construction particularly on the main road leading in and out of the area. It's pretty far out on the edge of town, and it was always necessary to use that main road.

The house is beautiful! The layout out fantastic. We were in las Cruces for an unexpected death. The house was just what we needed. Communication was great and easy. Bryce allowed us to check in early, really early. The house provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It was so great. The fire pit in the back was just what the dr ordered.

Great place to stay with our family for 2 weeks while our son in law was receiving medical services. Spacious, very clean, well organized and responsive hosts.

I loved my stay. I have a large family and traveling can be quite encumbering so having everything I needed was such a relief! I bought some groceries and I was able to cook quickly because everything I needed was already in the kitchen! The kids were entertained the whole time. Between the Chippo Golf game, Foosball table, various board games, and Smart TVs the kids had something fun to do the whole time we where at the house. While they played I could sneak away to the bedroom and rest. The beds where so comfortable and the pillows and bedding where very cozy and good quality. It was well worth the price. Next time I come to LC I am definitely going to stay here! Thank you Bryce!

It was just exactly what we needed while loading up our Son while making a major move to Texas. Our only disappointment was we didn’t get a chance ti spend more time there to enjoy all the amenities. Sunset view, fire pit, foosball table, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with spices & appropriate cookware. The attention to detail & special little touches of chocolates & New Mexico chips & salsa will be a big decision as to where we stay when we come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had all our questions answered. The house was beautiful, the beds and pillows were so comfortable (we looked to see what brand they were so we could get our own). We went to a wonderful restaurant (the shed) at the hosts recommendation and it was AMAZING! The hosts also gave us a jar of local made salsa and local made chips SO GOOD. Just be aware that the house is in a new build area so the neighborhood is kind of hard to navigate when it is completely dark. The area felt very safe though.

Our stay was an absolute dream, my family joined us in our ceremony at the white sands national park, we all had plenty of space to stretch out, feel like we had our own personal space while also being able to gather in the common area to have meals, conversation, and quality time together. The location of the Airbnb is great! It is close to alot of necessities like Walmart, Sams , Starbucks ect, while only being a short drive to downtown, the national park and the dripping springs, which all of our guest enjoyed! We will definitely be back to celebrate anniversaries where we got married by staying here again!

Great place to stay while in Las Cruces

We loved our stay here! The home is in an up and coming area of Las Cruces just 5 minutes from Red Hawk Golf Course, Starbucks and even an Urgent Care and approximately 15 minutes from the mall and other shopping. The two "master suites" were a huge selling point for us. The beds are AMAZING. The rooms were comparable in size with the downstairs suite having a larger bathroom and closet. The house is well stocked with a full kitchen, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There was some construction in the area but that's expected in newly developing areas. Bryce communicated clearly and thoroughly before and during our stay. They provided a welcome snack which the kids were thankful for when we arrived. There was plenty of room for our party of 12. Though we didn't use it, the backyard was beautiful. I imagine it would be amazing during the fall/winter months. Great stay in a beautiful home. Thanks for having us!

We visited White sands and it was an easy 50 mins drive from the home. The host is very accommodating and very responsive. This location was perfect for our two families. The main reason why I chose this property over others was because there are two master bedrooms with ensuites; so, we truly didn't have to share any bathroom. The bedroom with bunk beds was perfect for our kids and they were thrilled when they saw them. The house was perfectly decorated and the furniture was comfortable and inviting. There was a neat playground at the end of the block and another one a couple blocks over with a splashpad, which was perfect for our children. Getting on and off the main road was quick and easy. I will come back to this property when I visit Las Cruces again.

Fantastic place on the north side of Las Cruces. This house is in a very new neighborhood and very convenient to everywhere in LC. The house is just perfect, beds were very comfortable, nice rooms to hang out in. We would absolutely stay again when we’re in town.
